The City Council of Beniardà is registered as a Cadastral Information Point (PIC) to carry out cadastral inquiries and obtain certificates.
If the applicant is the owner of the property, he or she must present a DNI, in case of acting on behalf of the interested party, provide a document accrediting the representation signed by both parties, as well as a copy of the DNI.
